The Finance Department oversees the financial health and accountability of the Nation. Our team ensures that resources are managed responsibly and transparently to sustain community programs, support day-to-day operations, and build a strong foundation for our long-term goals.

Responsible for the strategic planning, development, and improvement of the Nation's physical infrastructure, the Capital Projects Department oversees large-scale public works and community assets - from the first feasibility studies all the way through to final construction. By integrating community consultation, engaging our local workforce, and seeking the guidance of traditional leadership, we ensure that every development reflects the collective vision of the 'Wuìk̓inux̌v Nation.

The Maintenance team is responsible for the upkeep and care of buildings and facilities in K̓itit - addressing repairs, conducting routine inspections, and carrying out preventative maintenance. The team also provides propane delivery to community homes and coordinates residential recycling pickup.
